General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

This English version is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.

1. Scope

These GTC govern the use of the Offrendo platform (offrendo.ch) by clients and providers.

2. Offrendo’s service

Offrendo brokers contacts between clients and providers. Offrendo is not a party to the contracts concluded between clients and providers and gives no warranty for their performance.

3. For clients

Posting a request is free and without obligation. The contact details are passed on to a maximum of 3 registered providers.

4. For providers

Purchasing a request (lead) costs a flat fee of CHF 19.90. Purchased leads cannot be exchanged; obviously incorrect or abusive requests are refunded or credited upon notification. Credit cannot be paid out and is valid indefinitely. Providers may not create requests via Offrendo for testing, advertising or any other non-genuine purposes. If a provider creates such a request, Offrendo may charge them the amounts that other providers paid to purchase that request and block the provider account.

5. Payment

Payment is made by credit card (Stripe) or on invoice (credit is activated once payment has been received). All prices include any applicable VAT.

6. Users’ obligations

Users undertake to provide truthful information. Misuse (fake requests, poaching, spam) will result in the account being blocked.

7. Liability

Offrendo is liable only for gross negligence and intent. Liability for loss of profit is excluded.

8. Final provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Offrendo: Offrendo, Gianluca Civilla, Bachdörfli 1, 8752 Näfels (Canton of Glarus).
